| Long Description: | For seven years BASSMAXX has designed record breaking subwoofers that outperform anything in BASSMAXX has always built very high fidelity subwoofers. The Z-5000 incorporates our new Balance Damped loading technology. Balance Damped is the result of extensive work to increase usable output and reliability while always maintaining our highest standards for sound quality. The result is a line of subwoofers that are extremely loud and are still tonally very civilized and accurate. The Z-5000 is a very versatile cabinet that can be arrayed horizontally or stacked vertically using their interlocking slider-feet. It is a cardioid design with outstanding front-to-rear rejection. When multiples are arrayed, the improved directivity keeps more of the bass concentrated on the audience and away from stage and monitor areas. |
